Who operates STL Account

STL Productionz operates STL Account and STL Platform. This notice applies to the central account service and to information that connected STL Productionz games and apps send to or receive from it. A connected game or app may provide an additional notice for information it handles outside STL Platform.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Account and profile information, such as your STL Account ID, display name, avatar, email address, account status, privacy settings, and linked sign-in method.
• Connected-app information, including which games and apps you authorize, the permissions you grant, entitlements, achievements, statistics, and connection dates.
• Device and session information, such as device name and type, session identifiers, sign-in and last-activity times, and session status.
• Game continuity information, such as cloud saves, replay files and metadata, progress, revisions, conflicts, and synchronization history.
• Security and operations information, such as IP address, browser or app details, request timestamps, audit events, error records, rate-limit events, and support communications.

We may also receive information you choose to submit when you contact support or use an account export, recovery, or deletion feature.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google, we request only the standard identity scopes needed to sign you in: openid, email, and profile. This can provide your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image. STL Account does not request access to your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, messages, or other Google content. We use the Google identity information only to create, secure, and help you access your STL Account.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; connect authorized games and apps; synchronize saves, replays, progress, and entitlements; show your profile according to your privacy choices; recognize and revoke devices and sessions; prevent abuse and protect the service; diagnose reliability problems; provide support; and complete export, recovery, and deletion requests.

We process this information as needed to provide the service you request, protect STL Account and its users, comply with applicable law, and pursue legitimate operational and security interests. Where applicable law requires consent, we rely on your consent and let you withdraw it through the relevant account or connection control.

Connected games, apps, and profile visibility

When you authorize a connected game or app, STL Account shares the account identifier, profile details, and permissions described on the authorization screen. The connected product may then report account activity back to STL Platform so your profile can show that connection and its supported progress. You can review and revoke connections from your account controls.

Profile fields and game activity follow the visibility settings available in your account. Your email address, credentials, tokens, raw storage paths, private saves, private replays, device details, and security metadata are not placed on your public profile. Revoking a connection stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase information the connected product already lawfully stored; use that product’s controls or contact us if you also want that information deleted.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate STL services. Supabase provides account authentication, databases, and private file storage; Vercel hosts web pages and APIs; Google provides optional identity sign-in; and Upstash may provide operational session, idempotency, or rate-limiting storage where a connected STL Productionz service uses it. These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer where the recipient must continue to protect the information. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use STL Account data for targeted advertising.

Cookies and local storage

STL Account and connected apps may use cookies, secure device storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, complete an authorization flow, remember security choices, prevent duplicate operations, and protect the service. We do not use STL Account cookies to build advertising profiles.

Retention, export, and deletion

We keep account, profile, and connection records while your account is active and as needed to provide requested features. Saves and replays remain until you delete them, delete your account, or an applicable storage rule disclosed in the product removes them. Operational logs and security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups before they are overwritten.

You can use STL Account controls, where available, to export your account information, delete individual content, revoke sessions or connections, and request account deletion. We may verify your identity and apply a displayed grace period before permanent account deletion. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce our terms, or document a completed request.

Security

We use access controls, private storage, short-lived authorization credentials, session revocation, auditing, and other technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your devices and sign-in accounts, and contact us promptly if you believe your STL Account has been compromised.

Children and local digital-consent rules

STL Account is not intended for children under 13. If the law where you live requires a person to be older than 13 to consent to an online service, you must meet that age or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information without the required permission may contact us. We will investigate and delete or restrict the account when required.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as STL Platform and its connected products change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice through the service when a change materially affects how we use personal information. Continued use after a change takes effect is subject to the updated notice, but we will request consent when required by applicable law.
