Agreement with STL Productionz

These Terms are an agreement between you and STL Productionz. By creating an STL Account, signing in, authorizing a connected product, or otherwise using STL Platform, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the STL Account Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use STL Account.

Who may use STL Account

You must be at least 13 to use STL Account. If the law where you live requires a person to be older than 13 to consent to an online service, you must meet that age or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who authorizes a minor’s use is responsible for supervising that use and accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

Your account and security

Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for activity through your account and devices except to the extent caused by STL Productionz. Do not share access tokens, authorization codes, or recovery credentials. Secure the Google account or other sign-in method linked to STL Account, review recognized devices, and revoke any session or connection you do not recognize. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Permission to use the service

STL Productionz gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to use STL Account for its intended purposes while you follow these Terms. STL Productionz and its licensors retain all rights in STL Platform, including its software, design, branding, and service content. These Terms do not give you ownership of STL Platform or permission to use STL Productionz names, logos, or branding.

Connected games and apps

STL Account lets you authorize supported games and apps to identify your account and use the permissions shown on the authorization screen. A connection may allow a product to synchronize progress, saves, replays, achievements, statistics, or entitlements and show supported activity on your STL profile. You can revoke a connection, but revocation does not undo actions already completed or automatically delete information already stored by the connected product.

A connected game or app may have additional product-specific rules, privacy notices, age ratings, or purchase terms. Those additional terms apply only to that product and do not replace these Terms for the central STL Account service.

Your content and game data

You keep any rights you have in content you submit and in your gameplay data. You give STL Productionz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process, transmit, synchronize, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve STL Account and the connected features you choose. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backup copies and information we must retain for security or legal reasons.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Your privacy settings control supported profile visibility, but you should not store highly sensitive information in save names, replay names, display names, or other fields that may be visible to others.

Acceptable use

You may not use STL Account or a connected feature to:

• Break applicable law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate harm.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or deceive another person.
• Upload malware or unlawful content, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or bypass authentication, rate limits, privacy controls, or access rules.
• Interfere with service operation, automate abusive requests, scrape private information, or access another person’s account or data without permission.
• Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use STL Platform to create a competing identity or token service.

Cloud saves, replays, and service availability

Cloud synchronization and replay storage are convenience features. We work to keep them available and protect data, but no online storage system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or permanent. Keep local copies of information that is important to you when a connected product supports local storage. Network failures, product updates, conflicting revisions, device problems, or third-party outages can delay or prevent synchronization.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature or connected-product integration. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice of a material change and a way to export affected account information before permanent removal.

Enforcement, suspension, and termination

You may stop using STL Account, revoke connections, or request account deletion through the available account controls. STL Productionz may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect an account or the service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation. When appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us about the decision.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Account data is handled under the Privacy Notice and any deletion or retention rules disclosed in the affected product. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—survive termination.

Third-party services

STL Platform relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party services. Their services can be interrupted or changed outside STL Productionz’s control. Your direct use of a third-party service, such as Google sign-in, is also subject to that provider’s terms. STL Productionz is not responsible for third-party products or content that it does not control.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STL Account is provided “as is” and “as available.” STL Productionz does not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or connected product. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STL Productionz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from STL Account. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any liability that applicable law makes non-waivable.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

You must use STL Account in compliance with the laws that apply to you. These Terms do not waive any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law. If a concern arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Either you or STL Productionz may pursue available remedies under applicable law if the concern is not resolved.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as STL Platform and connected products change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice through the service when a change is material. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using STL Account and may request account deletion.

General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without STL Productionz’s permission. STL Productionz may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, service transfer, or business transaction, subject to applicable law.
